In this role, you'll help deliver complex site development solutions that balance client objectives, regulatory requirements, and long-term functionality. Working alongside planners, engineers, and project stakeholders, you'll contribute to projects that create meaningful value for the communities they serve.\nWhat You'll Do:\nIndependently complete engineering design, technical analysis, and preparation of plans, specifications, and reports for land development projects including site layout, grading, drainage, and utility infrastructure\nDevelop design calculations, technical memorandums, and construction documents under the guidance of senior engineers or technical leadership\nIdentify and resolve technical discrepancies, applying standard engineering practices, local development codes, and permitting requirements\nMonitor project progress and coordinate design efforts to support schedules, budgets, and constructability\nTake responsibility for significant portions of land development projects with oversight from senior staff or management, including coordination with survey, environmental, and permitting efforts\nWhat You Bring:\nBachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering required\nMinimum of 3 years of civil site design experience required\nStormwater management experience required\nEngineer-in-Training (EIT) certification required; Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred\nStrong working and theoretical knowledge in the respective engineering discipline with a proven ability to apply engineering knowledge in practical settings\nUnderstanding of QA/QC procedures and regulatory standards\nProficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office required\nExcellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset\nParticipation in professional engineering societies/organizations preferred\nWhy You'll Love It Here:\nTackle unique site challenges that require both technical expertise and creative problem-solving, keeping every project engaging and rewarding\nPartner with industry professionals across engineering, planning, permitting, and construction to bring complex visions to life\nGrow your career within a collaborative culture that encourages technical excellence, leadership development, and continuous learning\nCurious about the impactful work our Land Development team is doing?
