You’ll contribute your technical expertise to the planning, design, and delivery of a diverse range of athletic facilities, including stadiums, training spaces, multi-use complexes, and community recreation environments.\nWhat You'll Do:\nIndependently complete engineering design, technical analysis, and preparation of plans, specifications, and reports for sports facility projects including athletic field layouts, playing surfaces, spectator amenities, and supporting infrastructure\nDevelop design calculations, technical memorandums, and construction documents under the guidance of senior engineers or technical leadership\nIdentify and resolve technical discrepancies, applying standard engineering practices and relevant codes, standards, and permitting requirements specific to athletic and recreation facilities\nMonitor project progress and coordinate design efforts to support schedules, budgets, and overall project delivery\nTake responsibility for significant portions of sports facility projects with oversight from senior staff or management\nWhat You Bring:\nBachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering required\nMinimum of 3 years of related engineering experience required\nStrong working and theoretical knowledge in the respective engineering discipline with a proven ability to apply engineering knowledge in practical settings\nUnderstanding of QA/QC procedures and regulatory standards\nProficiency with AutoCAD as well as Microsoft Office required\nExcellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset\nEngineer-in-Training (EIT) certification or Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred\nParticipation in professional engineering societies/organizations preferred\nWhy You'll Love It Here:\nApply your engineering expertise alongside multidisciplinary teams on distinctive sports facility projects\nTake on meaningful project responsibilities while helping deliver spaces built for athletes and communities\nStrengthen your technical and project experience across a diverse portfolio of sports and recreation facilities\nCurious about the impactful work our Sports team is doing?
