The role will focus on customer analytics, cohort analysis, loyalty and wallet program performance, and supporting business growth through data-driven decision-making.\n\nThe ideal candidate should have strong SQL and analytical skills, experience in customer segmentation and loyalty programs, and an understanding of how data can drive customer retention, repeat purchases and business growth.\n\nWe are an AI-native team, and experience in building AI-driven solutions and agentic systems will be an added advantage.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Build and maintain reliable data dashboards and reports using SQL.\n\n- Develop customer cohorts and segmentation to drive retention and repeat purchases.\n\n- Analyse loyalty program performance and identify opportunities to improve customer engagement.\n\n- Track wallet adoption, usage, redemption and customer spending behaviour.\n\n- Provide data-driven insights to support GTM strategy, campaigns and new launches.\n\n- Develop predictive models for customer churn, propensity and lifetime value.\n\n- Design and analyse A/B tests and business experiments to measure impact.\n\n- Build AI-powered and agentic workflows to automate analytics and reporting.\n\n- Collaborate with CRM, Marketing, Product and Business teams to drive data-backed decisions.\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications:\n\n- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics or Data Science.\n\n- Strong hands-on experience with SQL for data extraction, analysis and validation.\n\n- Experience working in FMCG, QSR, Retail or other consumer-facing businesses is preferred.\n\n- Practical experience with loyalty programs and wallet analytics.\n\n- Strong understanding of customer segmentation, cohort analysis and retention metrics.\n\n- Understanding of GTM strategy and the application of data analytics in business growth.\n\n- Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.\n\n- Ability to convert complex data into meaningful business insights.\n\nGood to Have:\n\n- Experience in building AI-driven or agentic systems.\n\n- Familiarity with AI tools and automation of analytical workflows.\n\n- Experience in predictive modelling, customer propensity and churn analysis.\n\n- Experience working with large-scale consumer and transactional datasets.\n\nWhat We Are Looking For:\n\nA data-driven
