We develop bespoke digital strategies to help our clients achieve their growth goals, bringing together online marketing techniques including Online Advertising, SEO, Content Marketing, Social Media, Influencer Marketing, and more.\nWe are looking for a performance associate director to join our growing and award-winning team to work on some of the region's most exciting brands.\nCore Responsibilities\nPerformance Strategy & Media Planning\nOwn end-to-end performance marketing strategy across paid search, paid social, and programmatic media\nDevelop and manage annual media strategies and budgets, translating them into monthly plans based on performance trends, seasonality, and business priorities\nApply strong analytical logic to complex data sets to inform forecasting, pacing, and channel allocation\nDrive acquisition and revenue growth while optimizing CAC, ROAS, LTV, and funnel performance\nProgrammatic & Channel Execution\nLead programmatic strategy and execution, including DV360 and direct engagement with DSPs, SSPs, and premium publishers\nOversee audience strategy, bidding frameworks, inventory selection, and measurement approaches\nPartner with Creative and Product teams to inform messaging, formats, and landing page performance\nEnsure continuous testing and optimization across channels and formats\nAnalytics, Measurement & Technology\nOwn performance reporting, dashboards, and insights across all channels\nEnsure accurate tracking, attribution, and measurement across platforms and publishers\nTranslate complex, multi-source data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership\nLeadership & Stakeholder Management\nLead and develop high-performing performance marketing teams\nOperate as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, clearly communicating risks, trade-offs, and opportunities\nDrive operational rigor, accountability, and continuous improvement\nRequired Qualifications\n8+ years of experience in performance marketing or growth roles\nDeep expertise in paid media and programmatic buying at scale, including DV360\nProven experience managing large, complex marketing budgets\nStrong understanding of attribution, experimentation, and media measurement\nAdvanced analytical and data interpretation skills\nBenefits\nJoining our team ensures that your opinions matter, providing you with a platform to express yourself.
