By knowing emerging technologies in the area, this candidate will be able to create cross-channel deliverables for clients that meet their needs.\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities:\n Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize high-volume digital campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other third-party platforms. \n Ensure performance growth by managing campaigns to meet clients’ ROI goals and quickly implementing optimization recommendations. \n Maintain strong understanding and application of Google Ads campaign types and best practices. \n Continuously analyze performance data and create detailed campaign performance reports. \n Efficiently manage advertising budgets across all platforms and campaigns. \n Create and test compelling PPC ad copy through continuous A/B testing to improve conversion rates. \n Report on key performance indicators, calculate Cost Per Lead (CPL), forecast spend, and adjust strategies based on demand and seasonality.\n Required Skills & Qualifications:\n Proficient in Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, and Google Analytics. \n Strong expertise in keyword research, campaign buildouts, ad creation, A/B copy testing, bid management, and lead generation. \n In-depth experience in the Google Display Network and overall Display Advertising. \n Solid knowledge of retargeting/remarketing strategies. \n Demonstrated people management and team leadership skills. \n Minimum 4-6 years of experience in performance marketing, including at least 1 year managing a team. \n E-commerce experience is a must. \n Educational or professional background in Marketing and Advertising is a plus. \n Experience with luxury brands is a strong advantage. \n Fluency in French is a plus.\n Benefits\nJoining our team ensures that your opinions matter, providing you with a platform to express yourself.
