This role offers broad exposure to Chainalysis and the opportunity to help shape how the company operates through its next stage of growth.\nIn this role, you’ll:\nAs a Senior Business Operations Analyst at Chainalysis, you will be a strategic operator and connective tissue across leadership and functions - helping translate company priorities into clear plans, operating rhythms, and measurable outcomes. You’ll partner with leaders across Finance, Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other teams to improve how the business plans, makes decisions, and executes.\nYou’ll support high-priority, cross-functional initiatives end to end: framing ambiguous problems, developing analyses and recommendations, aligning stakeholders, establishing milestones and governance, and driving follow-through. You’ll help run planning and business review cadences, build KPI reporting and insights, improve processes and systems, and support change initiatives such as pricing and packaging, go-to-market readiness, product launches, and organizational or operating-model changes.\nYou will also:\nIdentify friction in cross-functional workflows and design scalable processes, tools, and operating mechanisms.\n\nPrepare clear, data-informed recommendations and executive-ready materials.\n\nManage multiple work-streams and facilitate alignment across stakeholders, balancing speed, rigor, and effective change management.\n\nWe are looking for candidates who have/are:\n3-6 years of experience in business operations, strategy and operations, management consulting, finance, program management, or a related field-ideally in a SaaS or technology environment.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into insights, recommendations, and decisions.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create executive-ready narratives and materials.\n\nDemonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from problem definition through implementation and measurable outcomes.\n\nStrong project and program management skills, including prioritization, stakeholder management, and attention to detail.\n\nFamiliarity with business intelligence, data, and collaboration tools; experience with Jira, Confluence, Databricks, spreadsheets, SQL, and/or AI-powered tools is a plus.\n\nAbility to drive clarity in ambiguity, influence without authority, and demonstrate resilience in a dynamic environment.\n\nCurious, adaptable, and motivated to learn quickly, challenge assumptions, and make the company and team better.\n\nNice to have experience:\nBusiness Operations or Strategy & Operations experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology company.\n\nSupporting annual or quarterly planning, operating cadences, business reviews, resource allocation, or strategic planning processes.\n\nEstablishing KPIs, building performance dashboards, and using data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.\n\nSupporting pricing and packaging, go-to-market or commercialization initiatives, product launches, or broader change-management efforts.\n\nApplying agile, lean, or other process-improvement methodologies to scale how teams work.\n\nInterest in and general knowledge of blockchain and cryptocurrency, including key players and market dynamics.\n\nAI at Chainalysis\nAI is not a feature at Chainalysis - it is a new way of working.
