This role combines security assurance operations with the maintenance and governance of AI agents used by the Governance and Trust function.\nYou will help keep the security information we share with customers accurate, current, and easy to access. You will also maintain the AI agents that support governance and trust workflows-auditing their behavior, updating their knowledge, and helping prevent drift as our business and security practices evolve.\nThis is an analyst role for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable working with security and customer-facing content, and energized by the practical application of AI in security operations.\nWhat you’ll do\nSecurity assurance and customer trust\nMaintain and improve the internal corpus of responses used for customer security questionnaires.\n\nKeep Trust Center content and public go-to-market security materials accurate and up to date.\n\nMaintain customer-facing security artifacts used during the sales process.\n\nEnsure security documentation reflects current products, practices, and architecture.\n\nEstablish repeatable processes for reviewing, updating, versioning, and publishing assurance content.\n\nIdentify gaps, inconsistencies, and outdated information before materials are shared with customers.\n\nAutomation and AI governance\nMaintain and update AI agents used by the Governance and Trust function.\n\nAudit agents regularly for accuracy, quality, reliability, and drift.\n\nRefresh agent instructions, prompts, reference content, and other supporting information as requirements change.\n\nHelp define practical standards for maintaining AI-enabled workflows in a security and governance context.\n\nDocument agent behavior, changes, known limitations, and review outcomes.\n\nPartner with stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve the reliability and usefulness of AI-assisted security work.\n\nWhat you’ll bring\nExperience in security assurance, security operations, GRC, customer trust, or a related security function.\n\nExperience maintaining security questionnaires, Trust Center content, data flow diagrams, audit evidence, or other customer-facing security artifacts.\n\nStrong attention to detail and a disciplined approach to documentation, version control, and quality review.\n\nComfort working with AI models or AI-enabled workflows, including maintaining models or agents rather than building models from scratch.\n\nFamiliarity with prompt engineering, prompt evaluation, or similar techniques for improving AI system performance.\n\nAbility to assess whether AI-generated outputs are accurate, complete, and aligned with current source information.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical and security concepts into clear customer-ready content.\n\nAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.\n\nSound judgment, curiosity, and a continuous-improvement mindset.
