The role involves maintaining reliable accounting records, supporting month-end closing activities, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable accounting standards.\nHandle Accounts Payable activities, including reviewing supplier invoices, verifying supporting documentation, and ensuring accurate and timely processing.\n\nPerform supplier statement reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and follow up on outstanding and overdue items.\n\nManage supplier prepayments and prepaid accounts, ensuring proper allocation, monitoring, and reconciliation.\n\nMaintain accurate accounting records, journal entries, general ledger accounts, and supporting schedules.\n\nSupport month-end closing and book closure activities, ensuring deadlines are met and accounting entries are recorded accurately.\n\nAssist in preparing financial reports, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules for financial statements.\n\nApply accounting principles and relevant IFRS standards in daily transactions and reporting.\n\nReview accounting data, identify discrepancies, and perform basic financial analysis to support accurate reporting.\n\nCoordinate with internal departments and external suppliers to resolve accounting and payment-related queries.\n\nSupport audit requirements by maintaining complete and organized financial documentation.\n\nWork with ERP systems to record transactions, maintain accounting data, and support process efficiency.\n\nWhat you’ll need to succeed \nBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.\n\n1-3 years of experience in general accounting, preferably with hands-on Accounts Payable experience.\n\nGood understanding of fundamental accounting principles and the accounting cycle, including accruals, provisions, prepayments, reconciliations, and journal entries.\n\nBasic knowledge of financial statements, financial reporting, and accounting analysis.\n\nFamiliarity with IFRS standards and their practical application.\n\nExperience using ERP systems; SAP experience is a strong advantage.\n\nGood command of English, with the ability to read and understand business emails, communicate effectively, and prepare written correspondence.\n\nStrong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and analytical skills.\n\nGood communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with different internal teams.\n\nStrong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines, particularly during month-end closing.\n\nA proactive, logical, and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.\n\nWhat we can offer you \nWith us, you will turn your aspirations into reality.
