Chalhoub Group is proud to be a member of the United Nations Global Compact, a signatory of the Women’s Empowerment Principles, and to have pledged to reach Net Zero by 2040.\nWeekly Supply Chain and Ecommerce Coordination\nConduct weekly 1:1 calls to oversee new brand and novelty trackers, ensuring timely launches.\n\nFollow up on ecommerce initiatives, including novelty pipelines and GWP uploads, ensuring all items are live on site as scheduled\n\nAssortment Management and Analysis\nPerform regular assortment checks and stock-on-hand (SOH) analyses for underperforming brands.\n\nCollaborate on assortment planning for activations and manage stock for promotional events.\n\nFloor Plan and Activation Oversight\nUpdate floor plans and planograms, engaging in category discussions and negotiations.\n\nEnsure timely follow-up on activations and discounts post-negotiation by category managers.\n\nAccounting and Payment Liaison\nAddress accounting queries related to payment closures, liaising between suppliers and finance on a bi-weekly basis.\n\nEnsure all compensation and payment issues are tracked and communicated effectively.\n\nBrand Expansion and Competitive Analysis\nWork with teams on brand expansions, coordinating demand and assortment planning.\n\nConduct weekly competition analysis to inform strategy and optimize performance.\n\nWhat you'll need to succeed\nAdvanced excel skills and use of MS office\n\nPrevious retail experience and category experience are a plus\n\nAble to communicate in both English and Arabic\n\nAbility to commute to our offices in Jebel Ali.\n\nWhat we can offer you \nWith us, you will turn your aspirations into reality.
