You'll work across TikTok, Instagram, and other digital touchpoints while developing an understanding of how content supports a fast-moving retail business.\nYour responsibilities will include:\nBring fresh and culturally relevant ideas for TikTok, Instagram, and social media content.\n\nStay curious about emerging trends, pop culture, digital conversations, and what's capturing the attention of different audiences.\n\nResearch content trends across different markets and identify ideas that could be relevant to The Deal.\n\nSupport the content creation process from initial concept through to execution.\n\nAssist with short-form video editing and the preparation of social content.\n\nCreate simple posters, posts, and creative assets using Canva and similar tools.\n\nSupport on-site content shoots, including product preparation, set coordination, and working with the people involved in bringing content to life.\n\nMaintain content calendars, marketing trackers, and upcoming deliverables.\n\nSupport basic reporting and data tracking using Excel.\n\nCoordinate with different stakeholders and follow up on actions to ensure content is delivered on time.\n\nSupport activations and outlet-based content opportunities when required.\n\nBring your own ideas to the table while learning how to turn creative thinking into content that can actually be delivered.\n\nWhat You’ll Need to Succeed\nUAE National with a Family Book.\n\nA Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Digital Marketing, Creative Industries, or a related field.\n\nA natural interest in TikTok, Instagram, social media, pop culture, and emerging digital trends.\n\nA creative mindset with the confidence to suggest new ideas.\n\nFamiliarity with CapCut or similar video-editing tools.\n\nFamiliarity with Canva for creating social posts, posters, and simple visual assets.\n\nBasic Microsoft Excel skills for trackers, calendars, and reporting.\n\nStrong organization skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.\n\nA proactive mindset\n\nConfidence collaborating and coordinating with different people.\n\nA hands-on attitude and willingness to support content shoots, activations, and in-store execution.\n\nAbove all, we're looking for a candidate who can combine Gen Z cultural awareness and fresh thinking with the discipline to execute.
