Chalhoub Group is proud to be a member of the United Nations Global Compact, a signatory of the Women’s Empowerment Principles, and to have pledged to reach Net Zero by 2040.\nWhat you'll be doing \nOwn the Quality Governance capability, defining enterprise quality standards, managing release quality gates, and tracking defect metrics to continuously improve delivery quality across engineering teams.\nDefine and own enterprise quality standards and QA methodologies across engineering teams, ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery.\n\nManage release quality gates, governing entry and exit criteria so releases meet defined quality and business requirements before go-live.\n\nTrack and analyze defect metrics and quality analytics using tools such as TestRail to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.\n\nOwn release management from a quality perspective, ensuring quality sign-off and release readiness across releases.\n\nOwn UAT readiness, quality sign-off, and post-release defect triage for major launches, ensuring business and technical stakeholders have clear entry and exit criteria.\n\nLead and develop the QA team, set technical direction, mentoring engineers, and building QA capability.\n\nReport quality posture, release risk, and defect trends to engineering leadership through concise dashboards and agreed improvement actions.\n\nPartner with engineering and product teams to embed quality practices early in the SDLC and report on quality posture to leadership.\n\nDrive continuous improvement of QA processes, incorporating AI-assisted defect analytics and predictive quality insights to prioritize testing effort.\n\nPlan, design, execute, and document functional, integration, end-to-end, and regression testing for assigned scope. \n\nWhat you’ll need to succeed \n10+ years of hands-on experience in quality engineering and QA, including defining quality standards and managing release quality gates.\n\nStrong command of QA standards, QA methodologies, release management, and defect analytics, with hands-on experience using tools such as TestRail.\n\nProven experience leading or mentoring QA engineers and driving continuous improvement in delivery quality.\n\nUnderstanding quality metrics and reporting to support data-driven quality decisions.\n\nExperience supporting quality governance in ecommerce or retail technology environments with complex integrations, releases, and business cutovers\n\nFamiliarity with AI-assisted defect analytics and predictive quality insights to enhance testing effectiveness.\n\nExperience with organizing testing for multiple integrated systems\n\nWhat we can offer you \nWith us, you will turn your aspirations into reality.
