You'll have room to experiment with ideas, explore social trends and develop your creative style while learning how graphic design supports a fast-moving e-commerce business.\nYour responsibilities will include:\nCreate engaging digital and social media assets to support e-commerce and marketing activities.\n\nUse Adobe Photoshop to create, develop and adapt creative content.\n\nTranslate marketing requirements and business needs into clear and engaging visual communication.\n\nExplore social media and graphic design trends and bring fresh creative ideas to the team.\n\nSupport the development of shoot briefs and creative direction.\n\nSelect relevant products from our online assortment to feature across creative content.\n\nThink from the customer's perspective when developing assets, considering whether the message is clear, relevant and engaging.\n\nExperiment with Generative AI and AI-assisted creative tools to explore new ways of producing content.\n\nDevelop alternative creative solutions when traditional shoots aren't required or feasible.\n\nWork collaboratively with E-Commerce, Marketing, Content and other teams to bring ideas to life.\n\nYou'll be encouraged to bring your own creative perspective. This isn't a role focused on illustration or sketching. it's about developing strong digital visual communication that connects with customers online.\nWhat You’ll Need to Succeed\nUAE National with a Family Book.\n\nA background in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, Multimedia Design, Marketing, Creative Arts, or a related field.\n\nWorking knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.\n\nAn understanding of digital graphic design and social-first content.\n\nA creative mindset with the ability to develop fresh concepts and experiment with new ideas.\n\nStrong attention to detail, particularly around layout, messaging and visual execution.\n\nAn understanding of how design should communicate with and engage a customer.\n\nAwareness of current digital, graphic design and social media trends.\n\nCuriosity about Generative AI, AI-assisted content creation and emerging creative technologies.\n\nOpenness to feedback and a willingness to learn and develop within the team.\n\nThe ability to balance creativity with clear communication and business needs.\n\nPrevious professional experience isn't the most important part of this opportunity.
