Chalhoub Group is proud to be a member of the United Nations Global Compact, a signatory of the Women’s Empowerment Principles, and to have pledged to reach Net Zero by 2040.\nWhat you'll be doing \nLead data quality engineering across e-commerce and ERP pipelines, designing automated validation, profiling, and anomaly detection, and resolving cross-system data reconciliation errors to ensure high data integrity.\nLead data quality engineering across e-commerce and ERP data pipelines.\nDesign automated data validation, profiling, and anomaly detection rules, including ML-based anomaly detection, using automated data testing tooling (e.g. Great Expectations, Soda, Monte Carlo), dbt, and SQL.\nDefine data quality dimensions (freshness, completeness, validity, schema drift) with severity, scoring, and quality SLAs.\nBuild reconciliation frameworks and resolve cross-system data reconciliation errors across e-commerce, POS, and ERP feeds.\nEstablish data quality checks, monitoring, and alerting in Google BigQuery or another MPP data warehouse (e.g. Snowflake), and surface data quality findings and scorecards to stakeholders.\nSupport master data management and 'Golden Record' harmonization across systems.\nApply data cataloging and lineage tools (DataHub) to trace, prioritize, and resolve data quality issues.\nProvide technical guidance and mentoring to data quality engineers and collaborate with data governance and engineering teams.\nWhat you’ll need to succeed \nMinimum 5 years of experience in data quality engineering or data engineering.\nStrong SQL and Python skills, with hands-on experience in dbt and automated data testing tooling (e.g. Great Expectations, Soda, Monte Carlo).\nExperience designing data validation, profiling, and anomaly detection, including MLbased, across e-commerce and ERP pipelines.\nExperience defining data quality dimensions, severity, scoring, SLAs, and reconciliation frameworks.\nExperience resolving cross-system data reconciliation errors and supporting master data management.\nFamiliarity with data cataloging and lineage (Datahub) and MPP cloud data warehouses (e.g. Google BigQuery, Snowflake), with a technical mentoring capability.\nHands-on experience with AI coding assistants (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) for AI-assisted development.\nWhat we can offer you \nWith us, you will turn your aspirations into reality.
