You'll work across the shop floor, stockroom, brand installations and marketing activations.\nVisual Merchandising is not only about styling. It combines creativity with commercial awareness, physical execution, coordination and strong attention to detail.\nYour responsibilities will include:\nSupport daily Visual Merchandising execution and maintain individual brand standards across the store.\n\nPrepare, organize and reposition merchandise across the shop floor with the team.\n\nAssist with displays, installations, podiums and marketing activations.\n\nWork across different categories including Fashion, Beauty, Footwear and shop-in-shop concepts.\n\nFollow brand guidelines, deadlines and individual VM requirements.\n\nCoordinate with external suppliers during installations and execution.\n\nSupport both owned brands and shop-in-shop brand partners.\n\nSupport Marketing to translate campaign concepts into engaging physical in-store experiences.\n\nBuild relationships with brand teams and understand how their individual identities translate into the store environment.\n\nAdapt quickly as commercial priorities, campaigns and brand requirements change.\n\nThis is a highly hands-on role based in Abu Dhabi in Tryano. The role is primarily shop-floor and stockroom based rather than desk-based.\nWhat You’ll Need to Succeed\nWe're looking for someone who is creative but equally excited by the hands-on, operational side of Visual Merchandising.\nYou will ideally bring:\nUAE National with a Family Book.\n\nAn interest or background in Visual Merchandising, Fashion, Interior Design, Spatial Design, Creative Arts, Retail, or a related field.\n\nA genuine interest in luxury retail, brands and creating engaging physical customer experiences.\n\nA proactive and responsive mindset with strong follow-through.\n\nComfort working in a physically active environment, including moving products and VM materials.\n\nStrong communication and coordination skills.\n\nCommercial curiosity and an interest in understanding how Visual Merchandising supports customer experience and business performance.\n\nReliability, a positive attitude and openness to feedback while developing greater independence.\n\nPrevious Visual Merchandising experience isn't the most important part of this opportunity.
