Site Supervisor will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring smooth execution of interior and furniture works, coordinating with vendors and contractors, maintaining quality standards, and delivering projects within committed timelines.\n\nThe candidate will have responsibilities across the following functions: \n\nSite Execution and Supervision: \nSupervise all on-site interior and furniture installation activities.\nEnsure execution is carried out as per approved drawings, BOQs, specifications, and design intent.\nCoordinate civil, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, glass, metal, stone, and furniture works.\nMonitor project progress and ensure adherence to project schedules.\nConduct regular site inspections and maintain quality control standards.\n\nVendor and Contractor Management: \nCoordinate and manage subcontractors, labour teams, and vendors.\nEnsure manpower availability as per project requirements.\nMonitor productivity and workmanship of contractors.\nResolve on-site execution issues and report critical concerns to management.\n\nQuality Control: \nEnsure premium quality finishing in all interior and furniture works.\nConduct quality checks before handover of each work stage.\nEnsure materials used on site match approved specifications.\nMaintain luxury finish standards and attention to detail.\n\nClient and Consultant Coordination: \nAttend client meetings and site review meetings.\nCoordinate with architects, designers, consultants, and project managers.\nUpdate stakeholders regarding site progress and challenges.\nEnsure client requirements are properly implemented.\n\nMaterial Management: \nTrack material deliveries and inventory.\nVerify quantities and quality of incoming materials.\nEnsure proper storage and handling of materials.\nMinimise wastage and maintain material records.\n\nDocumentation and Reporting: \nPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.\nMaintain site records, work schedules, labour attendance, and material consumption reports.\nDocument site measurements and execution details.\nUpdate management on project milestones and delays.\n\nHealth, Safety and Compliance: \nEnsure compliance with site safety standards.\nConduct regular safety inspections.\nEnsure workers use required PPE and follow safety protocols.\nMaintain a safe and organised work environment.\n\nProject Handover: \nPrepare snag lists and ensure closure before handover.\nCoordinate final inspections and quality checks.\nEnsure timely and successful project completion and handover.\n\nRequirements: \nDiploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.\nMinimum 3-8 years of experience in interior fit-out and furniture execution projects.\nExperience in luxury residences, premium corporate offices, commercial buildings, or hospitality projects preferred.\nAbility to read and interpret architectural, interior, and furniture drawings.\nKnowledge of site measurements and BOQ verification.\nStrong understanding of materials, finishes, and luxury furniture detailing.\nProficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and project reporting.\nStrong communication and coordination skills.\nAbility to handle multiple sites and tight deadlines.\n\nPreferred Experience: \nHigh-end corporate office
