Our flagship brands, LiftMaster® and Chamberlain®, are found in 51+ million homes, and 14 million+ people rely on the myQ® app daily.\n\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities \nLead cross-functional stakeholders through modeling complex intelligence problems and\ncommunicating insights to leadership\nConduct quantitative analysis including ROI of sales pipeline, incentive programs, predictive forecasting,\nYoY drivers of change, and connectivity trends\nDevelop standardized and custom tools, methodologies, and business processes utilizing internal sales\nreports, external market data, and business needs to highlight opportunities and risks to the business\nDesign and develop analytics dashboards showcasing sales and device connectivity KPI’s and data\ntrends to deliver fact-based actionable insights\nCapture business requirements and partner with IT to define platform for analyses and determine\nopportunities for system integration\nComply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across\ntheir teams.\nProtect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential.\nMaintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading\nprofessional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.\nContribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.\nEducation/Certifications:\nBachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business field (finance, economics, statistics, mathematics,\nengineering)\nExperience:\n3+ years’ work experience in business analytics, business intelligence, financial analysis, or similar\nfunctions\nData visualization experience with Power BI, Tableau, or SAP Analytics Cloud\nExperience with connecting SAP Business Warehouse models to dashboards\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:\nAbility to interpret and articulate insightful conclusions and effectively communicate to stakeholders\nAbility to integrate and manage data from multiple sources to create dynamic and accurate analysis\ntools\nAbility to take initiative and lead projects to completion\nAbility to thrive in an unstructured role and iterate with continuous improvements\nAbility to collaborate with cross-functional teams\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience:\nPython, Microsoft DAX, or Power Query\nCloud-based data solutions (Microsoft Azure Synapse)\nStatistical modeling, experience with R\nSalesforce.com\nSQL and ETL techniques\n\nThe pay range for this position is $85,500.00 - $139,350.00; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
