A successful incumbent is expected to :\nAttend and collaborate on daily standups and provide feedback and interaction on prioritized Jira tickets\n\nDocument functional requirements and provide estimates for new enhancements; translate requirements into working solutions using a combination of Salesforce configuration and custom development, when needed\n\nOwn day-to-day administration of our Salesforce org, including user management, permissions, profiles, roles, and security\n\nManage release cycles including sandbox refreshes, deployments, and change set hygiene, working within our CI/CD pipeline to ship changes safely and predictably\n\nSupport our GTM teams with training, enablement, and clear answers when things break\n\nServe as scrum master, facilitating ceremonies, unblocking the team, and keeping work moving sprint over sprint.\n\nAct as a subject matter expert, developing solutions for evolving business needs\n\nIdentify and implement additional improvement opportunities based on best practices\n\nResponsible for engagement with stakeholders to analyze requirements, propose solutions that leverage CRM functionality\n\nOversee daily administration and optimization of Salesforce across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Account Engagement.\n\nDesign and optimize workflows, automation, validation rules, and SOPs\n\nBuild dashboards and reports for leadership insights and engagement analysis.\n\nDocument and creates testing scenarios on all enhancements and maintenance tickets\n\nMonitor new Salesforce.com features, involved with validation, testing and implementation of new functionality and communication of same to user base; provide recommendation for process improvements to the business based on new functionality available\n\nComply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.\n\nProtectChamberlain Group’sreputation by keeping information confidential.\n\nMaintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops,readingprofessional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.\n\nContribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.\n\nMinimum Qualifications\nEducation/Certifications:\nBachelor's Degree in a Computer Science, Information Systems or related field or similar experience\n\nSalesforce.com Administrator Certifications: ADM201\n\nExperience:\n3+ years experience working with Salesforce.com in an Administrator role\n\n3+ years experience as a Sales and Service Cloud Administrator\n\n3+ years Agile project management experience preferably in Jira\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nEducation/Certifications:\nAdditional Salesforce Certifications: Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Advanced Adm certification, Salesforce Certified CRM Analytics and Einstein Discovery Consultant or platform app builder\n\nExperience:\nExperience in Pardot, Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud\n\nUnderstanding of Computer Telephony integration with Service Cloud\n\nGeneral understanding of Marketing Automation technologies\n\nExperience working with Agile methodologies\n\nPrevious Scrum Master experience a plus\n\nGeneral understanding of the capabilities of Manufacturing Cloud a plus\n\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:\nUnderstanding of SAP structure, Orders, Quotes, Price Lists\n\nUnderstanding of Pardot capabilities including, Segmentation, Communication to both business owners and technical specialist\n\n#LI- Hybrid - Oak Brook, IL\n\nThe pay range for this position is $76,600.00 - $144,700.00; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
