Our flagship brands, LiftMaster® and Chamberlain®, are found in 51+ million homes, and 14 million+ people rely on the myQ® app daily.\n\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nPerform preventative maintenance on but not limited to loading dock equipment, evaporative coolers, package conveyors, facility pump house, and mobile hydraulic tools\nReplace and repair warehouse infrastructure such as racking uprights, carton flow racks, racking beams, and decking\nEnsure compliance of safety and security systems by maintaining fire suppression system, safety lights, fire extinguishers, external and internal facility access systems\nPrioritize daily maintenance duties and a variety of general services including but not limited to setting up or breaking down of equipment, moving furniture, general errands and basic electrical, plumbing, heating/ventilation, roofing and painting\nDesign and construct tooling and fixtures in order to increase productivity and implement new procedures\nConduct regular building tours, inspections, identifying needs and executing corrective action and/or coordinating with management and outside contractors\nThis position requires regular and predictable on-site attendance and the ability to work the particular shift and/or schedule to which you are assigned, as well as additional hours as needed.\nComply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.\nProtect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential.\nMaintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.\nContribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.\nMinimum Qualifications\nHigh School Diploma or GED Equivalent\n5-7 years of plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and drywall experience\n2-5 years of using preventative maintenance practices\n2-5 years of general building maintenance experience\nElectric forklift and scissor lift experience\nGeneral electrical, plumbing and carpentry skills\nMechanical troubleshooting skills to diagnose and repair equipment and systems\nUnderstand and be able to use and interpret construction drawings & specifications\nGood computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office\nKnowledge of general workplace safety procedures\nAbility to assemble furniture with hand or power tools\nReliable transportation and valid driver’s license; ability to work weekend and off-shift hours\nPreferred Qualifications\nWarehouse and/or manufacturing maintenance experience\nSecurity and SAP\nEmaint or other preventative maintenance software experience\nCommunication and interpersonal skills\nHVAC skills\n\nThe pay range for this position is $16.88 - $24.23/hr. Base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
