And because we're a small, ambitious team, you'll also roll up your sleeves and contribute to broader marketing initiatives when needed.\nWhat You'll Do\nBuild Our Product Marketing Foundation\nOwn and evolve Chamelio's product positioning, messaging, and value propositions.\n\nBuild the messaging frameworks, buyer personas, and go-to-market foundations that will support our growth.\n\nTranslate complex AI technology into clear, differentiated stories that resonate with in-house legal teams.\n\nOwn Product Launches & Go-to-Market\nLead product marketing for new features, capabilities, and major releases.\n\nPartner closely with Product to understand what's being built, why it matters, and how to bring it to market.\n\nDevelop launch messaging, announcements, emails, blog posts, and in-app communications.\n\nDrive product awareness, adoption, and engagement through compelling customer communications.\n\nEnable Sales to Win\nCreate sales collateral that makes a difference: pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, product videos, and case studies.\n\nOwn competitive intelligence and positioning across the legal tech and AI landscape.\n\nEquip Sales with messaging, objection handling, and differentiated stories that help win deals.\n\nWork directly with the sales team to understand customer objections, competitive challenges, and opportunities to improve our story.\n\nBe the Voice of the Customer\nTalk directly to customers and prospects to understand their challenges, motivations, and buying decisions.\n\nTurn customer insights into stronger messaging, content, and go-to-market strategies.\n\nDevelop compelling customer stories, testimonials, and use cases.\n\nStay close to market trends, competitors, and the evolving needs of in-house legal teams.\n\nHelp Build Marketing Beyond PMM\nCollaborate with designers and creative agencies to bring our messaging to life.\n\nSupport events, webinars, campaigns, and field marketing initiatives.\n\nContribute to newsletters, website content, and social media when needed.\n\nJump into whatever needs to get done. We're building something big, and there's no room for \"that's not my job.\"\n\nWhat You Bring\n3-5 years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience, with hands-on ownership of positioning, messaging, launches, and sales enablement. A must!\n\nExceptional writing and storytelling skills. You can take complex technology and make it simple, compelling, and memorable.\n\nStrong PMM fundamentals. You understand positioning, differentiation, go-to-market strategy, competitive intelligence, and customer insights.\n\nExperience working closely with Product and Sales, translating product capabilities into customer value and commercial impact.\n\nA builder's mindset. You're excited about creating processes, frameworks, and assets from scratch rather than maintaining existing ones.\n\nExcellent English communication skills, written and verbal.\n\nStartup mentality.
