the Role\nWe're looking for a hands-on, resourceful, and self-driven Technical Integration & Implementation Engineer to join Chamelio.\nYou'll own technical customer implementations, build integrations between Chamelio and third-party platforms, and manage data migrations.\nThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving unfamiliar technical challenges, exploring APIs, building creative solutions, and working directly with customers.\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn end-to-end data migrations from third-party contract management platforms into Chamelio.\n\nExplore and understand third-party API documentation, authentication methods, and data structures.\n\nDevelop and maintain Python scripts and Jupyter notebooks for data extraction, transformation, validation, and migration.\n\nDesign and implement integrations between Chamelio and customer systems, including procurement, CRM, and other enterprise platforms.\n\nBuild integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, native connectors, and automation platforms such as n8n and Zapier.\n\nWork directly with customers to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.\n\nTroubleshoot integration issues, investigate API limitations, and independently identify practical workarounds.\n\nCollaborate with Legal Engineers and R&D teams on technical challenges and integration improvements.\n\nRequirements\n3-4+ years of hands-on experience in a technical role (such as Integrations, Solutions Engineering, Technical Support, or similar).\n\nHands-on experience working with REST APIs, JSON, authentication, and API documentation.\n\nAbility to write Python scripts and work with structured data.\n\nFamiliarity with automation platforms such as n8n, Zapier, or similar tools.\n\nStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills.\n\nAbility to independently learn new platforms and technologies.\n\nExcellent communication skills and confidence working directly with customers.\n\nA creative, proactive, ownership-driven approach to problem-solving.\n\nNice to Have\nExperience with enterprise SaaS, CLM, procurement, or CRM platforms.\n\nExperience with Jupyter notebooks, SQL, webhooks, and ETL
