Website Design & UI/UXDesign modern, responsive, and user-friendly websites and web application interfaces.\n\nCreate wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes, and website layouts based on business requirements.\n\nEnsure consistent design across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.\n\nImprove website usability, navigation, accessibility, and user experience.\n\nUse design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or equivalent tools.\n\n2. Web DevelopmentDevelop, customise, and maintain websites and web applications.\n\nBuild responsive front-end interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks.\n\nDevelop back-end functionality, APIs, and database integrations.\n\nWork with CMS platforms such as WordPress or other relevant technologies.\n\nIntegrate third-party services, payment gateways, APIs, and other business systems where required.\n\nEnsure website compatibility across major browsers and devices.\n\n3. Maintenance & Technical SupportIdentify and resolve website bugs, technical issues, and performance bottlenecks.\n\nPerform website updates, enhancements, backups, and routine maintenance.\n\nOptimise website speed, SEO structure, and overall performance.\n\nImplement appropriate security measures and protect website data.\n\nMonitor website functionality and troubleshoot production issues.\n\n4. Project Management & CollaborationGather and analyse requirements from management, clients, and internal teams.\n\nConvert business requirements into technical specifications and development tasks.\n\nProvide realistic project timelines and regular progress updates.\n\nConduct testing, debugging, deployment, and post-launch support.\n\nMaintain technical documentation and follow development best practices.\n\nManage multiple projects and deliver assigned tasks within agreed deadlines.\n\nRequirements\nMinimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in web design and development.\n\nStrong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive web design.\n\nPractical experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.\n\nBack-end development experience using technologies such as PHP, Laravel, Node.js, or equivalent.\n\nExperience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or equivalent.\n\nFamiliarity with REST APIs, Git/version control, hosting, domains, SSL, and website deployment.\n\nKnowledge of SEO fundamentals, website security, and performance optimisation.\n\nStrong problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills.\n\nAbility to work independently and collaborate with management, developers, and clients.\n\nA portfolio demonstrating completed websites or web applications is required.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience developing web applications and business management systems.\n\nKnowledge of cloud hosting platforms such as AWS or equivalent.\n\nFamiliarity with CI/CD, automated testing, and secure coding practices.\n\nExperience with mobile-responsive applications and third-party system integrations.\n\nRelevant qualifications in Computer Science,
