Global Finance Shared Service Center, and department buyers for Source to Pay activities, including but not limited to vendor onboarding, material pricing, purchase requisition to purchase order conversion, managing invoice disputes, and serving as a subject matter expert in processes, systems, or compliance.\nThe Associate Procurement Representative will also be actively engaged in testing and executing the future Source to Pay process environment, collaborating with suppliers to create punch-out or hosted catalogs, converting purchase requisitions (PRs) to purchase orders (POs) for Will Do:\nSet up and maintain outline agreements globally in line with the requirements of the sourcing team.\nDevelop a clear understanding of the broad range of Source to Pay business processes and systems, including their relationships to other functional areas.\nInvestigate, resolve, and release blocked invoices within service-level agreements (SLAs) to ensure prompt payment to suppliers.\nApply appropriate data cleansing tools to review and audit procurement data, research potential duplicate records, and maintain vendor master data according to established standards.\nUtilize appropriate application tools and available resources to manage workload and complete assigned duties, ensuring commitments are delivered on time.\nAssist in the resolution of supplier issues and work with all functions to resolve billing discrepancies, shipment conditions, accuracy concerns, and related issues.\nApply knowledge of processes and related systems to identify, assess, and resolve issues and problems.\nComplete and monitor reports, including compliance monitoring and invoice dispute resolutions.\nDevelop and execute action plans, take appropriate action to correct errors, and implement changes to prevent errors from recurring.\nParticipate in special projects as directed, including automation and process improvement initiatives.\nDocument process workflows and procedures.\nIdentify systemic issues and recommend process improvements, integrating updates to procurement requirements into department processes.\nWork with key stakeholders, including Legal, Compliance, Finance, IT, and Digital Teams, to design, build, transform, and operationalize solutions supported by emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and Source to Pay platforms.\nAssist stakeholders throughout the Procure to Pay process, including purchase requisition and purchase order creation, issue resolution, and other matters arising during the process.\nUnderstand risks and controls within the area of expertise and manage compliance-related procurement business processes, including internal and external SOX or ISO audits.\nCollaborate with suppliers to establish punch-out or hosted catalogs and support procurement activities for materials and services not covered by catalogs.\nSupport testing and execution of current and future Source to Pay processes and provide training to end users on procurement systems and procedures.\nExecute department procedures and identify opportunities to automate professional experience in procurement or accounts payable.\nKnowledge of standard purchasing practices and procedures.\nAdvanced knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and the Materials Management (MM) module.\nAdvanced knowledge of Source to Pay portals and procurement systems.\nExperience with Procure to Pay processes and continuous improvement.\nStrong experience using SAP in a procurement or shared services environment.\nAdvanced problem-solving skills within data and systems, including the ability to correct errors and implement process changes to prevent recurring issues.\nExperience identifying and implementing procurement operational and process efficiencies.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills, working knowledge of Power BI, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.\nStrong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to support decisions.\nStrong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to effectively present information and respond to questions from suppliers and internal customers.\nExperience managing and delivering multiple projects, tasks, and initiatives simultaneously.\nAbility to work in a deadline-driven environment with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills.\nAbility to work collaboratively across multifunctional teams in global locations.\nDemonstrated integrity and the ability to build trust and respect with stakeholders.\nAbility to act as a key facilitator and bridge between business stakeholders and IT/Digital Teams.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree preferred.\nExperience with Source to Pay platforms such as GEP or SAP Ariba.\nExperience supporting procurement digital transformation, automation, and emerging technologies, including AI and RPA.\nExperience supporting internal or external SOX or ISO audits.\nExperience developing and documenting procurement process workflows and procedures.\nExperience training end users on procurement processes, systems, and technology.\nExperience supporting supplier onboarding, vendor master data management, and procurement catalog
