This is your opportunity to join a large growing company offering a competitive base salary and benefits.\nThe Field Operations Manager’s primary objective is to provide safe, effective solutions to the customer in the most efficient, timely and cost-effective manner. This position will play a key role in fulfilling promises to their customers and in meeting those customers’ expectations. They are responsible for managing the execution, direction, and coordination of all warehouse, and maintenance services within the organization to deliver on customer requirements, particularly regarding production chemicals. This includes managing budgets, organizing schedules & warehouse ensuring that vehicles & equipment are safe, and meet legal requirements, as well as making sure that specialists are aware of their duties.\nTechnical\nDirecting all warehouse and maintenance activities\nManaging monthly OPEX\nAllocating and recording resources and movements\nAccount management\nWorking with MRP for inventory management\nEnsuring all partners in the supply chain are working effectively and efficiently to ensure smooth operations\nCommunicating effectively with clients and responding to their requirements\nCollaborate in cross-functional projects within SLB/ChampionX, promoting the transfer of knowledge as well as the delivery of innovative processes and programs\nDemonstrate flexibility by being able to adapt to constant shift in customers’ priorities due to the nature of the business and competitive environment\nLeadership\nManaging 10-15 employees, on multiple shifts\nEnsure the safety, security and training of all employees\nProactively audit warehouse specialists and mechanics to ensure they have learned and incorporated safe practices while conducting field work\nLead and shape team moral (employee satisfaction within team) and work with management to address any issues\nDemonstrate strong leadership skills with the ability to articulate a vision for the direction of the group\nBasic/Minimum Qualifications:\n5 years of experience working in Oil & Gas Services Industry\n3 years of experience working in a supervisory role\nMust be willing/able to make field visits (10%)\nExperience with SAP\nHigh computer application literacy (including Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn internal business systems \nPrior experience that demonstrates strong ethics, effective time management, ability to multitask, adaptability, autonomy and self-motivation\nPrior experience that required excellent communication and organizational skills\nGood negotiation and problem resolution skills\nMust have a valid Driver’s License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record\nNo immigration sponsorship offered for this role (US Only)\nPreferred Qualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree (Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Technology)\nKnowledge of warehouse optimization\nEffective communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks all with attention to fine detail\nExperience with SAP\n10 years of experience working in Oil & Gas Services Industry\nCSCP Certification, Lean Six Sigma Certification\nAbout ChampionX\nChampionX is a global leader in providing chemistry programs and services, drilling technology, artificial lift solutions, and automation technologies for the upstream and midstream oil and gas industry.
