The Field Operations Supervisor at SLB is responsible for leading safe, efficient, and compliant logistics and fleet operations supporting the delivery of oilfield chemicals across the Permian Basin. This role operates in full alignment with SLB’s HSE principles and ‘Blue’ standards, driving a culture where safety, integrity, and operational excellence are non-negotiable. The supervisor ensures service quality, digital integration, and continuous improvement while delivering exceptional value to customers.
