This is your opportunity to join a global technology company, driving energy innovation for a balanced planet.\nWhat’s In It For You:\nFlexible, independent work environment where you will manage a monthly schedule\n\nAccess to best-in-class resources, tools, and technology\n\nGrow your income as you drive growth\n\nThrive in a company that values a culture of safety to include top-notch safety training and personal protection equipment\n\nComprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company matching and more!\n\nWhat You Will Do:\nPlan maintenance activities for a designated location.\n\nPlan and confirm priorities with Operations team, Inventory Control Team, Logistics team, and Asset Coordinator.\n\nManage the equipment receiving process, which includes identifying equipment that arrives on the yard and assessing the equipment according to maintenance requirements.\n\nCreate Shop Failures or Deficiency Reports for deficiencies found upon equipment arrival.\n\nOpen repair work orders and enter information to document equipment scheduled for service.\n\nOrganize equipment in the appropriate queues depending on priorities and needs, such as washing, test pit and bays.\n\nCoordinate with Stores on assigning and delivering materials and supplies to workstations, ensuring work is completed according to maintenance and repair priorities.\n\nSupervise the Yard Crew regarding washing and driving, where such personnel are employed.\n\nAssist the Logistics Supervisor and Inventory Control Supervisor with asset counting and equipment list management functions.\n\nContribute to the Health, Safety and Environment, continuous improvement and LEAN programs.\n\nEnsure consistent and ongoing business system usage.\n\nProvide user assistance as required and coordinate the local user community.\n\nDeliver local user training as needed.\n\nCoordinate the creation and maintenance of user accounts in the system.\n\nMonitor and ensure authorization of system account requests.\n\nPolice and correct system errors and remove obsolete and duplicate items.\n\nTrack and ensure a response to all system feedback, Help requests, bugs, and idea submissions.\n\nMaintain an organized archiving/e-filing system of corporate documents.\n\nHandling sensitive information in a confidential manner.\n\nContribute to quality customer service.\n\nPerforms a variety of routine and some non routine clerical/accounting/customer service functions in accordance with standard procedures in one or more of the following areas: general accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit and/or collections. Contacts other departments, customers and/or outside agencies to resolve problems and resolve open issues.
