This is your opportunity to join a global technology company, driving energy innovation for a balanced planet.\nWhat’s In It For You:\nFlexible, independent work environment where you will manage a monthly schedule\n\nAccess to best-in-class resources, tools, and technology\n\nGrow your income as you drive growth\n\nThrive in a company that values a culture of safety to include top-notch safety training and personal protection equipment\n\nComprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company matching and more!\n\nWhat You Will Do:\nMaintain accurate inventory records for ESP equipment, including pumps, motors, protectors, variable speed drives, and cable\n\nPerform daily inventory transactions, including receipts, issues, transfers, adjustments, and returns in the ERP system\n\nConduct cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with company policies\n\nInvestigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, variances, and transaction errors\n\nMonitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment activities to prevent stockouts and excess inventory\n\nVerify material availability to support manufacturing, assembly, repair, field service, and customer delivery schedules\n\nCoordinate inbound and outbound material movements between warehouses, repair facilities, service centers, and field locations\n\nTrack serialized equipment and maintain asset traceability throughout the inventory lifecycle\n\nEnsure proper storage, handling, and preservation of ESP components to prevent damage and maintain quality standards\n\nCollaborate with procurement and supply chain teams regarding material requirements, shortages, and inventory optimization opportunities\n\nPrepare inventory reports, performance metrics, and status updates for management\n\nSupport year-end inventory accounts and financial audits\n\nMaintain compliance with company policies, quality management systems, and HSE requirements\n\nIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy and operational efficiency\n\nPosition Details:\n11 days on/3 days off, every other weekend\n\n7:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\n1 year of experience in inventory control, warehouse, materials management, or supply chain\n\nAbility to drive a forklift\n\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy\n\nStrong communication and customer service skills\n\nAbility to prioritize and multitask through multiple computer programs\n\nStrong proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications; experience with SAP is a plus\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\n\nHighly motivated with a positive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence\n\nProblem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve shipping and inventory issues\n\nDemonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, collaborating with colleagues across departments to achieve shared goals\n\nFollow all safety policies and company-wide safety requirements; encourage action assuring safe behavior; confront unsafe behavior and conditions proactively and positively\n\nImmigration sponsorship not offered for this role\n\nPhysical Demands:\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.\n\nReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.\n\nMedium work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.\n\nClimbing, balancing, stopping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, walking, standing, pulling, lifting, grasping, talking, hearing and repetitive motion are all required for this role.\n\nClose visual acuity is required for visual inspections involving small defects, small parts and/or operation of machines (including inspection) and motor vehicles, using measurement devices, and/or assembly or fabrication of parts at distances close to the eyes.\n\nSubject to environmental conditions as activities occur inside and outside.\n\nSubject to hazards including proximity to moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, electrical current, working on scaffolding and high places, exposure to high heat or exposure to chemicals.\n\nSubject to atmospheric conditions such as fumes, odors, dusts, mists, gases, or poor ventilation that may affect the respiratory system or the skin.\n\nSubject to oils such as cutting fluids that may affect the respiratory system or the skin.\n\nAbout Us:\nChampionX is now part of SLB, a global technology company driving energy innovation for a balanced planet.
