This is your opportunity to join a global technology company, driving energy innovation for a balanced planet.\nWhat’s in it For You:\nThe ability to make an impact and shape your career with a company that is passionate about growth.\nThe support of an organisation that believes it is vital to include and engage diverse people, perspectives, and ideas to achieve our best.\nThrive in a company that values sustainability, drives a safety-focused culture and empowers its employees through continuous improvement.\nWhat You Will Do:\nMaintain a tidy and safe working environment that meets the Goal Zero and Life Critical Rules set by the company.\nTake an active role in Autonomous Maintenance ensuring areas are maintained in an appropriate state of cleanliness/order and condition.\nBe able and active in making recommendations for improvements to practices and procedures in their area of work.\nTo be aware of, understand and display all Quality and Safety procedures to ensure high quality product is produced, shipped and received by the customer on time.\nTo be responsible for the safe operation of blending units on the Fawley site, ensuring quality, housekeeping and environmental standards are maintained at the highest level in accordance to company policy.\nTo be aware of the Permit to Work system on the Fawley site.\nTo be fully conversant with all safety and emergency procedures involving the Fawley Site such that they can become a member of the Site response team and know what to do in the event of an incident/emergency - Emergency Preparedness.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nNumeracy and literacy skills are required, alongside a good attention to detail.\nPrevious experience in Plant Operations.\nA team player who is keen to learn and able to adapt to changing scenarios while always maintaining and improving safety standards.\nForklift driving is a requirement and the specific training for this is provided.\nPhysical Demands:\nThis role requires working in a chemical manufacturing plant and is based on the Fawley refinery.\nAs part of your role, you are required to work a shift pattern that includes night shifts.
