As such, appropriate waste and waste minimization training will be required and tracked.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nDegree in Chemistry or related technical field: PhD or M.S. with 2+ years of experience, or B.S. with 4+ years of experience.\nExperience in synthetic chemistry (small molecules or polymers) and advanced characteristic techniques\nDeep understanding of structure property relationships and how to apply them to solve practical problems\nProven capability in developing innovative solutions, including but not limited to product formulation and development.\nAbility to work with business counterparts to support our customers and new technology adoption.\nAbility to analyze and interpret incomplete information. \nPreferred Qualifications:\nAbility to connect and interact with customers to clearly identify their needs and translate those needs into solutions.\nExperience in transitioning product development from laboratory scale to pilot and production scale\nExperience informal Design of Experiments and/or Data Analytics is a plus\nDetail oriented and excellent time management skills\nExcellent written, oral, and visual communication skills to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, both within and outside the business\nAbout Us:\nChampionX is now part of SLB, a global technology company driving energy innovation for a balanced planet.
