Work with all functions in resolution of billing discrepancies, shipment conditions accuracy etc.\nCompletes and monitors reports like compliance monitoring, invoice dispute resolutions, supplier management, PR PO cycle time etc. \nDevelop and execute action plans, take appropriate action to correct errors and implement changes to stop errors from occurring. \nParticipate in special projects as directed including automation and process improvements.\nDocument procurement workflows and assist in the standardization of processes. \nIdentify systemic issues and recommend process improvements; integrate updates of procurement requirements into department processes. \nAssist the stakeholders in the procure to pay process, including PR/PO creation, issue resolutions and any other issues arising in the process. \nS4 HANA Project \nAccountable and responsible for rolling out the future SAP based solution (Global Template) for the procure to Pay (P2P) solution including requirements gathering, analysis/ design workshops, define solution design that meets business goals. development, data collection/ conversion/ governance, UAT coordination and execution, cutover activities and hyper care.\nAssist in the configuration, testing, and deployment of procurement functionalities including Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order, Supplier Management, and Invoice Processing.\nParticipate in the development of solution design documents, functional design documents, test plans and test scripts.\nProvide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support to ensure effective system adoption.\nLeads, champions, execute end to end testing for procure to pay functionalities.\nMonitor and report on rollout progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.\nSupport data migration, validation, and cleansing activities related to procurement master data.\nEnsure compliance with internal controls, procurement policies, and regulatory requirements.\nKey Behaviors and Competencies:\nAbility to work collaboratively across multi-functional teams in global locations. \nDemonstrate integrity and is widely trusted and respected.\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills.\nStrong analytical and quantitative skills, ability to use data and metrics.\nSignificant experience in Procure to Pay processes and continuous improvement. \nAbility to lead end-to-end projects globally.\nExperience in identifying and implementing procurement operational and process efficiency \nAdvanced problem-solving skills with data and systems.\nMinimum Qualifications & Experience:\nBachelor’s Degree.\n3 or more years of experience in large SAP transformation projects (SAP MM and S4 MM experience required)\nExperience designing and deploying solutions to transform business processes.\nProven hands-on experience implementing and rolling out SAP S4 Hana\nPrimary module MM (Procurement)\nRobotic Process Automation experience is a plus.\nExperience with a source to pay platform like GEP, SAP Ariba is highly preferred.\nExperience with managing and delivering multiple projects, tasks, and initiatives simultaneously. \nAbility to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to details and ability to multi-task. \nAbout Us:\nChampionX is now part of SLB, a global technology company driving energy innovation for a balanced planet.
