This role is expected to partner closely with our global and regional procurement teams, global finance shared service center, department buyers for source to pay activities including but not limited to: vendor onboarding, material pricing, purchase requisition to purchase order conversion, manage invoice disputes, and serves as a subject matter expert in either processes, systems or compliance.\nThis role will also be actively engaged in the testing and execution of the future Source to Pay process environment, collaborate with suppliers to create punch out or hosted catalogs, convert PR to PO for materials and services not covered by catalogs, train end users on the current and future procurement processes\nWhat’s in it for You\nAccess to best-in-class tools, technology, and continuous learning opportunities\nA strong safety culture with industry-leading training and personal protective equipment\nProfessional growth and career development opportunities within ChampionX and SLB\nComprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with company match\nWhat You Will Do\nSource to Pay Process Assessment & Standardization\nLead the mapping and documentation of end-to-end Source-to-Pay processes across both PCT legacy organizations, including sourcing, contracting, purchasing, invoicing, and payment activities to bring MPC legacy into the PCT Direct Procurement Model and prepape future S4 integration.\nDevelop actionable recommendations and roadmaps to drive process efficiency, automation, simplification, and standardization.\nSupport change management and implementation activities required to transition to common ways of working.\nProcurement Operations Support\nProvide Subject Matter expertise in procurement operations and actively support day-to-day procurement activities by executing, optimizing and serving as a key resource across all core procurement operational processes.\nMaintain procurement master data and ensure compliance with established processes and policies.\nSupport Procurement reporting and operational performance reviews\nSustainability & Scope 3 Emissions\nSupport Scope 3 emissions tracking and reporting by collaborating with suppliers to collect sustainability and emissions data.\nMonitor data collection progress, validate data quality, and assist in identifying opportunities to improve supply chain sustainability performance.\nKey Responsibilities\nStrong expertise in Source to Pay process mapping, analysis and standardization.\nDemonstrated ability to identify, quantity, and implement process efficiency improvements and standardization initiatives.\nExperience leading cross functional workshops and collaborating with stakeholders across global organizations.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement\nExcellent problem solving capabilities with experience evaluating systems, workflows and process controls.\nAbility to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple legacy organizations and business functions,\nExcellent communication, facilitation and documentation skills.\nStrong SAP Procurement experience in a procurement, shared services or process excellence environment\nExperience with a source to pay platform like GEP or SAP Ariba is preferred.\nDemonstrates integrity, accountability and a continuous improvement mindset\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering or a related field is preferred.\n5 years professional experience in procurement, shared services, Process excellence or business transformation role.\nProven experience mapping and redesigning processes\nAbility to effectively present information and respond to questions from suppliers and internal customers.\nAbility to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to details and ability to multi-task.\nAbout Us\nChampionX is now part of SLB, a global technology company driving energy innovation for a balanced planet.
