This is your opportunity to join a global technology company, driving energy innovation for a balanced planet.\nWhat’s In It For You:\nThrive in a company that values sustainability, drives a safety-focused culture, and empowers through continuous improvement\nThe support of an organization that believes it is vital to include and engage diverse people, perspectives, and ideas to achieve our best\nComprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company matching and more!\nWhat you will do:\nResponsible for leading a team of skilled workers to meet production schedules. \nCollaborates with the production manager to develop and execute production activities in a safe working environment. \nFollows quality controls and procedures to ensure that raw material and finished goods comply with product specifications. \nMaintains a safe and clean working environment and promptly addresses any safety concerns. \nPrepares and maintains production reports, including performance metrics, production output, and quality data, and provides regular updates to management.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related subject or equivalent work experience. \n7+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment with 4+ years of experience in a supervisory role is necessary. \nActs independently under general direction. \nPhysical Demands:\nWorks in heated, ventilated shop.\nHas continuous exposure to heat and noise.\nProtective gloves, and sleeves are required for sustained periods.
