This is your opportunity to join a global technology company, driving energy innovation for a balanced planet\nWhat’s In It For You:\nFlexible, independent work environment where you will manage a monthly schedule\nAccess to best-in-class resources, tools, and technology\nGrow your income as you drive growth\nThrive in a company that values a culture of safety to include top-notch safety training and personal protection equipment\nComprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company matching and more\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related technical discipline.\nMinimum 2 years of relevant technical, product support, operations, or data analysis experience.\nExperience troubleshooting technical systems, devices, software applications, or connectivity issues.\nExperience working with customers, field personnel, or cross-functional operational teams.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and drive issue resolution.\nExperience supporting technical products, connected devices, sensors, or digital solutions.\nAbility to interpret data, monitor performance metrics, and make operational recommendations.\nExperience troubleshooting device, software, connectivity, and API-related issues.\nProficiency with LLMs, AI, and Automation Tools\nDemonstrated coding knowledge with experience in Python, SQL, and JavaScript\nStrong customer service and stakeholder management skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, demand-driven environment.\nExperience creating and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) and delivering user training.\nAbility to work independently under general supervision and follow established processes and guidelines.\nCommitment to safety and adherence to company safety procedures.\nWhat You Will Do:\nDevelop and maintain automation tools and workflow solutions using Python, APIs, LLMs, and data platforms to streamline processes, improve data accuracy, reduce manual effort, and enhance operational efficiency.\nServe as the primary point of contact for field personnel, customers, and internal stakeholders regarding sensor-related questions, issues, and technical support.\nProvide troubleshooting, user coaching, and issue resolution for sensor devices, software platforms, connectivity challenges, data transmission, and API integrations.\nSupport device commissioning, configuration, deployment, and ongoing maintenance while ensuring data quality and reliability across a fleet of 12,000+ monitoring devices.\nMonitor device health, pump variance, dosage accuracy, and key performance indicators through exception-based reporting and proactive performance analysis.\nDevelop and maintain Power BI dashboards, performance tracking tools, and reporting solutions to improve operational visibility and decision-making.\nCreate and enhance Python-based automation tools, workflow improvements, API integrations, and data management solutions to increase efficiency, scalability, and program performance.\nPreferred Qualifications:\n3+ of experience combining technical, digital, and operational responsibilities.\nExperience supporting IoT, remote monitoring, industrial automation, or sensor-based technologies.\nPython scripting and process automation experience.\nExperience working with APIs, databases, and system integrations.\nKnowledge of chemical injection monitoring, production optimization, or oil and gas operations.\nExperience with device commissioning, configuration, and deployment activities.\nExperience managing large device fleets and monitoring device health metrics.\nTraining, onboarding, and change management experience.\nExperience coordinating with vendors, customers, and field service teams.\nAbout Us:\nChampionX is now part of SLB, a global technology company driving energy innovation for a balanced planet.
