We do offer base salary, commission, and a bonus.\nPosition:\nThe Inside Sales Representative will assist in various stages of the sales funnel, including creating awareness of new offerings, generating leads, coordination with outside sales representatives and working in customer service. Build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with their contacts, always striving to find the products which best fit the individual needs of the client. Must be willing to relocate anywhere in the U.S in the next 12 months.\nYou will have the opportunity to:\nManage the day to day operations of our Bid Support program by filling out and completing bids on behalf of our retailers\nCollecting and analyzing data to learn more about consumer behavior\nKeeping accurate records pertaining to inventory and account notes\nIdentifying industry trends\nResearch and generate lists of potential customers\nBuilding a database of sports teams, leagues and organizations\nMake contact with and qualify potential customers. I.E. Intramural sports programs, Sports complexes, training facilities, etc.\nLearn and apply sales techniques\nMaintain sales records\nLearn Customer Service\nLoading leads into CRM (Customer relationship management) software\nRequirements:\nSales, Sports or Business Administration background preferred\nAbility to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data.\nAdaptability and strong problem-solving skills.\nExcellent active listening skills.\nAbility to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.\nUnderstanding of consumer behaviors and industry trends.\nExtensive, accurate product knowledge.\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills\nAbility to work in a fast-paced team environment in sporting goods\nInterested in learning all aspects of business operations\nEntrepreneurial Spirit\nExperience with PowerPoint, Word, and Excel preferred\nMust be willing to relocate in the future\nCompany Culture:\nWe are proud to offer eligible associates a full-range of benefits including medical, dental, vision and life insurance, as well as short-term and long-term disability, 401K, Profit Sharing, paid time off, holidays, and reimbursement toward gym membership fees.
