This role demands a highly motivated individual capable of swiftly generating concepts and transforming them into actionable design solutions.\nEssential Functions:\nUtilizes graphic design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create high-quality designs\nDevelops creative and innovative design concepts that align with project goals and requirements\nCreates sublimation design templates that reflect current trends and appeal to customers and consumers.\nDevelops graphic templates for Wave (screen printing) and Surge (direct-to-film printing, or DTF) that align with current market trends\nCollaborates with Product, Sales, and other stakeholders to understand project needs and deliver designs that meet expectations.\nCreate “Game Ready” graphics that support the long-term strategy of providing more value-added decoration options\nDesign uniforms and graphics that bring energy, style, and visual appeal to the product offering.\nManages multiple projects, prioritizes tasks, and uses available resources to meet deadlines.\nEnsures that all designs adhere to established brand guidelines and maintain consistency across different platforms\nDemonstrates a passion for design and a commitment to creative excellence.\nMaintains and enhances design standards with motivation\nIncorporates feedback to refine designs and achieve project goals\nExperience with placing graphics on hard goods product including inflatables\nPossess effective time management skills\nOther duties as assigned design concepts\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or a related field\n2+-years of previous experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects\nStrong command of Adobe Creative suite (Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign)\nPhotography & Video Editing skills/experience a plus\nWeb design and HTML experience are a
