(Senior Support & Deployment):\n\n- ให้การสนับสนุนและทำงานร่วมกับทีม Developer และ Senior IT Operation ในการ Deploy Application, Patch หรือ Update Version ใหม่- ร่วมมือกับ Senior IT Operation ติดตั้งและกำหนดค่า Server หรือ Service ใหม่ (System Installation & Configuration) ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย- เป็นด่านหน้า (First Responder) ในการประสานงาน และส่งต่อปัญหาไปยังผู้เชี่ยวชาญระดับสูง (2nd/3rd Tier) หรือ Vendor ตามกรอบ SLA3. การจัดการเหตุการณ์และสำรองข้อมูล (Incident & Backup):\n\n- วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้น (Troubleshooting) ทั้งทาง Hardware, OS และ Service ต่างๆ- ตรวจสอบสถานะการสำรองข้อมูล (Backup Monitoring) และทดสอบการกู้คืน (Restore Test) ตามแผน4. การดูแลหน้างานและอุปกรณ์เฉพาะทาง (Site Operations & Assets):\n\n- ดูแลอุปกรณ์หน้างานของระบบ Auto Gate เช่น Passport Reader, กล้อง, Sensor และระบบ CCTV- บริหารจัดการทรัพย์สินและอะไหล่ (Asset & Spare parts) ติดตามการเคลมและอัปเดต Asset List- ประสานงานหน้างานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง (AOT/ตม.) ไม่จำกัดเพศ อายุ 24-40 ปี\n\nวุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขาวิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์, เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ, วิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง\n\nมีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 2 ปี ในงาน System Engineer หรือ System Operation\n\nมีความรู้พื้นฐานในระบบปฏิบัติการ Windows Server และ Linux (Ubuntu, Centos, RedHat ฯลฯ)\n\nเข้าใจ Concept ของ Network (IP, DNS, DHCP, Firewall)\n\nสามารถทำงานเป็นกะ (Shift Work)
