To be successful within this position, you will be a current Senior Property Manager looking to step up, or a current Team Leader with experience in leading a team within the property industry. You will oversee a team of Property Managers, providing day-to-day support and ensuring the smooth running of the branch portfolio.\nKey Responsibilities:\nConducting morning Meeting\n\nProviding support and guidance with the implementation of new legislation\n\nHelp investigate customer complaint and propose/undertake appropriate response\n\nHelp to co-ordinate and where possible provide training\n\nSupport the Property Management department through guidance and mentoring to achieve strategic objectives\n\nSupport audits of property management departments in conjunction with branch audits.\n\nEnsuring that property management best practice is shared\n\nChecking gas daily to ensure process has been adhered to, having relevant conversations\n\nMonitoring teams overdue workflows, having relevant conversations\n\nMonitor the churn report, having relevant conversations\n\nIdentify possible opportunities to enhance level of service provided to both internal and external customers.
