We serve leading customers in aerospace, defense, medical, semiconductor, and other highly regulated industries where quality, precision, and reliability are critical.\nWith six divisions across Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Mexico, Chandler continues to invest in people, technology, and manufacturing innovation while maintaining a culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.\nWhat You'll Do\nServe as the technical expert for CNC machining processes and manufacturing methods.\nLead high-impact engineering projects, including automation initiatives, capital equipment implementation, and new product introductions.\nDevelop, optimize, and validate manufacturing processes that improve quality, throughput, and efficiency.\nDesign and implement fixtures, tooling, and workholding solutions for complex precision-machined components.\nLead root cause investigations and implement sustainable corrective actions.\nPartner directly with customers on manufacturability, process development, and Design for Manufacturability (DFM) initiatives.\nDrive continuous improvement efforts that enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.\nEstablish engineering standards and best practices across the organization.\nMentor and develop fellow engineers while serving as a technical resource for cross-functional teams.\nRequirements\nWhat We're Looking For\nBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related field (or equivalent technical experience).\n5+ years of manufacturing or process engineering experience in precision machining, aerospace, medical device, or other highly regulated industries.\nAdvanced knowledge of CNC machining processes, GD&T, blueprint interpretation, and manufacturing process development.\nExperience designing fixtures, workholding, and production tooling.\nExperience with ERP Systems.\nStrong experience with CAD software (SolidWorks preferred).\nProven success leading process improvement, automation, and capital equipment projects.\nAbility to work independently while managing multiple priorities and technical initiatives.\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers and cross-functional teams.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with AS9100, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, or NADCAP environments.\nERP -
