Join us as a Senior Project Manager and take the lead on projects that deliver safe, reliable services to the communities we serve.\nIn this role, you will:\nLead and manage critical infrastructure projects across all phases of the life cycle\nMaintain accountability for the project budget, costs, timelines and complete accurate monthly forecasts;\nTake immediate responsibility for project delivery, financial management, and stakeholder coordination.\nAct as primary liaison with clients, designers, site superintendents, subtrades and other project stakeholders\nOrganize project teams into suitable workgroups and guide the teams through their efforts to produce deliverables according to specification\nContribute to a collaborative and supportive team culture, with opportunities to grow your career while leading essential infrastructure projects that shape communities.\n 6+ years of project management experience in commercial or water/wastewater or bridge projects\n4+ years of progressive experience in a lead project management role with a mid-size to large general contractor.\nPost-secondary degree or diploma in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline (a combination of education and experience will be considered).\nProven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide project teams through a hands-on approach from start to finish.\nCollaborative, strong communicator, confident, and driven to be a self-starter who thrives in a team-focused environment.\nFlexibility to travel to project sites as required.\n Compensation Transparency\nAt Chandos, we believe compensation should be transparent, fair, and reflective of your experience, capabilities, and contributions.
