Chandra Asri is currently expanding its portfolio in the energy sector and incorporating its asset as well as operational infrastructure to supports the expansion plan of the second world-scale integrated petrochemical complex in Indonesia, CAP2.\n Responsibilities :\nShall act as the Company's focal point for the development and implementation of the Port Facility Security Management System in coordination with the appointed Recognized Security Organization (RSO).\nLead and coordinate the preparation of the Port Facility Security Assessment (PFSA).\nReview and validate PFSA findings, security risks, and recommended mitigation measures proposed by the RSO.\nCoordinate the development, review, and finalization of the Port Facility Security Plan (PFSP).\nEnsure PFSP is practical, operationally effective, and aligned with terminal operations.\nCoordinate security gap assessments during engineering, construction, commissioning, and operational readiness phases.\nMonitor RSO project progress, deliverables, schedules, and quality of work.\nReview technical reports, drawings, and recommendations submitted by the RSO.\nCoordinate multidisciplinary meetings involving Marine Operations, Security, HSE, Engineering, Operations, and Project teams during PFSA/PFSP development.\nEnsure all security measures recommended by the RSO are technically feasible and incorporated into facility design and operational procedures.\nCoordinate implementation of corrective actions arising from PFSA recommendations.\nSupport budget preparation for ISPS implementation, including security infrastructure, systems, equipment, training, and manpower.\nCoordinate pre-verification activities prior to regulatory inspections.\nFacilitate verification by the Directorate General of Sea Transportation and other competent authorities for Statement of Compliance of a Port Facility (SoCPF).\nCoordinate closure of findings raised during verification and certification processes.\nMaintain communication with the RSO throughout the project lifecycle and ensure timely completion of all contractual deliverables.\nQualification :\nMinimum Bachelor Degree in one of the following disciplines: Marine Transportation, Nautical Science, Marine Engineering, Maritime Studies, and all Engineering disciplines.\nMinimum 3 years of relevant experience in Port Operation (TUKS or Tersus)\nMandatory Certified Port Facility Security Officer (PFSO) IMO Model Course 3.21\nHave expert knowledge about vessel operations, as well as the associated Port operations.\nGood English communication skills, spoken and written.\nProficient in Microsoft Office\nThis position will be placed at Site Office Cilegon\nImportant Notes\n Chandra Asri is only releasing official job posting at Chandra Asri Career Site (careers.capcx.com), Linkedin & Jobstreet.
