The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing contracting and procurement processes, contract negotiation, tender evaluation while staying compliant with procurement policies.\nThis role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities, capable of executing timely, compliant, and cost-effective purchases while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders, managing supplier relationships with accountability, and proactively driving continuous process improvements\nACCOUNTABILITY\nApply the Contract & Procurement best practices while focusing on contribution to the business drivers and not compromising on compliance for HSSE, Ethics & Compliance, Code of Conduct, Laws, and regulations.\nConduct identification of need, finding and qualifying the suppliers, requesting proposals, negotiating with suppliers, contracting, delivery and analyzing results\nWork closely with cross-functional teams to assess potential suppliers and ensure transparent, fair, and competitive bidding processes.\nPerform comprehensive financial and commercial analysis of bids to ensure alignment with technical specifications, budgetary constraints, and strategic goals.\nLead contract negotiations with suppliers and vendors to secure favorable terms, pricing, and conditions, while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.\nPerform various procurement and support functions including vendor data administration as well as invoice and payment processing\nDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders to identify possibility to shift recurring spot buys into strategic sourcing or contracts.\nDevelop and manage a reliable supplier base, ensuring compliance with company standards and resolving delivery, quality, and service issues\nManage Supplier Relationship effectively and collaboratively drive continuous performance improvement via relevant contract key metrics (EG: HSSE, Operations, Cost, etc).\nMonitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions to address any deviations from contractual obligations or service level agreements.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or Engineering majors or related field.\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, contracting and procurement.
