Through a keen sense of business acumen, the Assistant Boutique Manager will support all retail activities that contribute to the brand’s image and leadership in the market.\nWHAT WILL YOU DO?\nSupervise the performance of the team and guide towards achieving results and developing individual talents.\nEmpower the team, give support and provide constant feedback on individual Beauty Advisors\nPartner with the Learning team, provide coaching and mentoring in client experience, sales techniques, service flows, product knowledge & expertise.\nBe committed to CRM KPIs and acts pro-actively to recruit, retain and grow client loyalty.\nEnsure all customer details and data are recorded and maintained properly under the destined company database via the company device. CRM data on each customer is kept up to date, in accordance to the policy on Collection and Protection of Company Data.\nManage staff schedules, including day-to-day operational zoning to ensure floor coverage and optimal client service.\nWHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?\nStrong retail operational skills with at least two years’ experience in a management role, preferably within a similar luxury environment.\nRelationships focus with a Collaborative mindset and strong partnering and influencing skills.\nExperience and qualifications in a beauty discipline such as makeup or beauty is highly regarded.\nCoaching ability to develop and empower people: Listening and empathy, feedback and motivation, performance management, delegation.\nA focus on the delivery of a luxurious client experience and the ability to develop a strong loyal client network.\nA high degree of professionalism and maturity in all areas of business\nWHAT CHANEL CAN OFFER YOU\nIn this position, you will have the opportunity to further develop your skills in luxury retail management and client service, through career planning resources, development through formal training programs (in-house and externally), coaching and more.\nChanel remains committed to rewarding people competitively, as well as offering initiatives such as wellbeing programs, learning and development opportunities, and parental leave for all parents globally.\nWe strongly encourage your application, as we value the perspective, experience and potential you could bring to CHANEL.
