Working across press requests, sample coordination, showroom management, reporting and events, you will help ensure that Fashion and celebrity communications activities are delivered with precision, care and creativity.\nThis is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience of the operational excellence behind luxury Fashion PR collaborating with local, regional and global teams, while supporting the presence of CHANEL in leading editorial, digital, social and event moments.\nYour Main Responsibilities\nShoots & Press Requests\nCoordinate multibrand press requests locally and internationally, in collaboration with stylists, local teams and global counterparts.\nLiaise with stylists to gather shoot information, assess shoot environments and ensure requests are managed appropriately.\nCoordinate sample requests and deliveries, including alignment with the global team where required.\nMonitor when looks have been featured in shoots and track the release of relevant print issues.\nSupport the coordination of CHANEL special shoots locally and internationally, including sample coordination for Watches & Fine Jewellery and Fragrance & Beauty special shoots.\nArrange the delivery and collection of Fashion looks for special shoots, loans and other sample movements.\nBook and coordinate couriers to ensure the timely and secure movement of samples.\nFashion PR Showroom\nInput new samples into Launchmetrics (Fashion GPS) upon arrival.\nSupport the creation of new press-rack decks and update existing decks as new samples arrive.\nMaintain the showroom to the highest standards on a daily basis, ensuring samples are organised, well-presented and kept in excellent condition.\nAssist with sample coordination for event fittings, internal loans and dressing requirements.\nFeedback & Reporting\nMonitor Fashion and celebrity press clippings across print, digital and social media, ensuring monthly reports remain accurate and up to date.\nPrepare coverage reports for Fashion shows and Fashion events.\nComplete global feedback reports and PR studies where relevant.\nMaintain global master lists and orchestration files related to multibrand shoots and Fashion shows.\nUpload Fashion clippings to local and global shared drives to support PR studies and coverage reporting.\nOrganise DHL send-outs and press-kit deliveries.\nEvents\nSupport the planning and delivery of Fashion events as required, contributing to the smooth coordination of samples, logistics and related PR activity. \nYour Energizers\nBeing part of CHANEL Fashion and helping bring the Maison’s collections and stories to life through editorial, celebrity and cultural moments.\nWorking at the intersection of Fashion, communication, image and operational excellence.\nCollaborating with stylists, press contacts, agencies and internal teams across local, regional and global markets.\nEnsuring every sample, shoot and showroom detail reflects the standards of the House.\nThriving in a fast-paced environment where organisation, discretion, creativity and attention to detail are essential.\nWhat You Can Bring\nA strong interest in Fashion, luxury, media, celebrity culture and public relations.\nExcellent organisational skills and close attention to detail.\nA proactive, reliable and adaptable approach to managing multiple priorities and deadlines.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence working across different stakeholders.\nA collaborative mindset, combined with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.\nComfort working in a dynamic environment and handling samples with care, discretion and precision.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Launchmetrics or Fashion GPS would be an advantage.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Fashion, Marketing or a related field.\nPrevious internship or initial experience in PR, events, media, Fashion or luxury is an advantage.\nFluency in English is essential; Arabic and/or French would be an advantage.\nYour Journey with CHANEL\nThis internship is designed as an immersive introduction to Fashion & Celebrities PR at CHANEL.
