Retail Operations Management\nServe as the primary operational liaison for the retail organization, including support during critical business periods outside office hours when required.\nEnsure consistent execution of retail SOPs, policies, and operational standards across all boutiques and counters.\nLead compliance initiatives covering audits, health & safety, and operational governance.\nConduct store audits and drive timely closure of corrective actions.\nManage operational issue resolution and escalation to minimize business disruption.\nCoordinate store openings, relocations, renovations, and closures.\nOversee retail administration including uniforms, stationery, name cards, and operational supplies.\nSupport the planning and execution of retail initiatives, operational processes, launches, and events.\nPrepare and maintain retail performance reporting, including sales, traffic, productivity, and operational dashboards.\nIdentify operational best practices and drive continuous improvement across the retail network.\nManage monthly overtime reporting and workforce administration.\nCoordinate onboarding activities for new retail employees, partnering closely with HR and key stakeholders.\nSupport store maintenance and facilities management, including vendor engagement, contract renewals, and issue resolution.\n2. Inventory & Supply Planning\nManage replenishment strategies to maintain optimal stock availability across all distribution channels.\nDrive inventory health through effective management of stock cover, availability, ageing inventory, sell-through, and out-of-stock risks.\nAnalyze sales trends and inventory performance to recommend proactive replenishment actions.\nManage e-commerce inventory allocation and replenishment planning.\nSupport newness allocation and launch planning to maximize commercial performance and align with business priorities.\nPrepare inventory reports and actionable insights to support decision-making.\nCoordinate order processing and daily inventory operations with internal and external stakeholders.\nMonitor trade partner inventory levels and follow up on purchase orders to ensure stock sufficiency at point of sale.\nMaintain pricing, trade margins, and product master data accuracy within systems.\nBuild strong partnerships with trade partners to support commercial objectives.\nCoordinate supply and delivery timelines to ensure seamless product availability.\nManage vendor creation, purchase order generation, invoice processing, and finance submissions.\n3. Retail Planning & Administration\nMonitor sales, sell-through, productivity, and NSI performance against targets, identifying risks and opportunities through data-driven insights.\nSupport monthly business reviews and commercial performance analyses.\nPartner with stores and stakeholders to improve sales productivity, inventory productivity, and operational effectiveness.\nSupport retail expense planning, tracking, and follow-up.\nPrepare commercial reports including competitor benchmarking, store rankings, service performance, and ad-hoc analyses.\n4. Commercial Performance Support\nTrack sales performance, sell through performance for NSI against targets and identify risks/opportunities with clear actionable insights.\nSupport preparation of business reviews and performance analyses.\nPartner with stores and internal stakeholders to improve productivity, stock productivity, and operational efficiency.\nBe involved in monthly/annual retail expense planning and follow-up\nProvide reporting support (e.g.: competitors sales/activities survey, Store ranking report, Services report)\n5. Retail Governance & Communication\nAct as the key communication bridge between office and the retail community.\nLead retail communications, operational updates, and implementation of new initiatives.\nEnsure timely and effective execution of retail directives across all stores.\nFoster strong cross-functional collaboration with Retail, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, VM, Store Projects, Marketing, and external partners.\nSupport One-House initiatives through effective stakeholder engagement and alignment.\n6. Retail Engagement & Activation Support\nLead the planning and execution of retail engagement and recognition programs.\nSupport operational readiness and execution of product launches, campaigns, and commercial activations.\nEnsure stores are fully prepared to deliver key business moments and client experiences.\nMonitor execution quality and evaluate post-event performance to identify opportunities for improvement.\n7. Project Management\nRepresent Retail Operations in cross-functional project discussions and governance forums.\nLead or support projects and transformation initiatives as assigned.\nManage project timelines, deliverables, risks, and stakeholder alignment.\nEnsure successful implementation and operational integration of new initiatives.\n8.
