Working closely with the Head of Safety & Security and key business stakeholders, you will coordinate operational activities, monitor compliance, support investigations and incident management, and contribute to the implementation of safety and security standards across our locations.\nThis role offers broad exposure to the luxury retail environment, corporate risk management, regulatory compliance, and operational resilience. You will work cross-functionally with Boutiques, HR, Finance, Marketing, Store Planning and external partners to ensure that safety and security requirements are effectively implemented and maintained.\nYour Main Responsibilities\nOperational Safety & Security\nCoordinate day-to-day safety and security activities across CHANEL boutiques, offices and other locations in the UAE, ensuring a safe, secure and welcoming environment for clients and teams.\nConduct regular site visits and follow up on identified safety and security risks, ensuring corrective actions are tracked through to completion.\nSupport incident response activities, ensuring incidents are properly documented, escalated and followed up in line with established procedures.\nCoordinate and support security investigations, including fact-finding, evidence gathering, documentation and preparation of investigation reports.\nSupport the implementation and continuous improvement of safety and security procedures, standards and guidelines.\nCoordinate safety and security arrangements for new locations, renovations, special events and other business projects.\nCompliance & Risk Management\nMonitor compliance with applicable UAE safety, security and other regulatory requirements across our locations.\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date compliance records, including safety inspection documentation, Civil Defense certifications, Occupational Health Cards and other relevant regulatory documentation.\nCoordinate regulatory inspections and follow up on findings, corrective actions and required documentation.\nTraining & Awareness\nCoordinate the planning and delivery of safety and security training and awareness activities for employees and relevant stakeholders.\nSupport the development and distribution of safety and security communications, guidelines and awareness campaigns.\nVendor & Service Coordination\nCoordinate with security, safety and other relevant service providers to ensure effective delivery of contracted services.\nSupport the preparation and review of service documentation, reports and performance indicators.\nAssist with procurement activities, quotations, purchase orders and other administrative requirements related to safety and security services.\nYour Energizers\nBeing at the heart of a dynamic luxury retail environment where safety and security directly support exceptional client and employee experiences.\nWorking across multiple boutiques, projects and business functions, with no two days being the same.\nTurning safety and security requirements into practical solutions that work for the business.\nCollaborating with passionate professionals across a diverse and international organisation.\nContributing to the protection of people, assets, operations and brand reputation.\nContinuously developing your expertise across safety, security, compliance and risk management.\nWhat You Can Bring\nStrong interest and practical understanding of safety, security and risk management.\nHigh ethical standards, professional integrity and discretion.\nStrong organisational skills and an ability to manage multiple priorities.\nGood analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to identify key information and communicate it clearly.\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with different levels of stakeholders.\nAbility to work independently while knowing when to escalate issues and seek guidance.\nExcellent written and spoken English;
