You will bring structure and insight to complex business questions, manage multiple priorities with autonomy, and identify opportunities to drive sales, improve inventory productivity, and support long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute monthly retail sales plans by brand as part of recurring U.S. forecast updates, incorporating divisional strategy, market dynamics, and insights from key cross-functional stakeholders
  • Drive the success of new door openings and franchise expansions, including the creation of opening orders for retail and non-retail products that support sales and inventory objectives.
  • Partner with Heads of Retail to gain insight and provide feedback to Merchandise Planning Teams on Owned inventory buys for upcoming newness campaigns utilizing historical data, divisional ambitions, current sales trends and overall market dynamics. Identify any areas of missed opportunity to build upon for future forecasts.
  • Develop and execute replenishment strategies for limited-edition SKUs across Owned and Leased accounts.
  • Collaborate with the Owned Replenishment team to ensure inventory strategies support financial targets, maximize product performance, and align with broader business priorities.
  • Serve as a key business partner to Market teams, adapting sales plans in response to product placement and merchandising initiatives, communicating launch orders, and providing end-of-month business analysis.
  • Lead weekly and monthly business-performance analyses across Owned and Leased accounts, including product, campaign, and brand performance; identify risks and opportunities and actively develop plans to mitigate or capitalize on them.
  • Lead allocation strategy for leased accounts, including launch allocations and door-level distribution plans.
  • Manage launch-item setup, communication, and compliance tracking with retail partners.
  • Order uploads and PO tracking to ensure appropriate fill rates and timely delivery
  • Support the Group Director, Owned Account Planning & Replenishment, in the execution of cross-functional and strategic initiatives.

You are energized by…

  • Working cross-functionally and cultivating impactful relationships with key stakeholders to drive the success in our Owned network
  • Demonstrating fearless curiosity by asking thoughtful questions and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Navigating ambiguity and complexity with flexibility, resilience, and a growth mindset.
  • Working autonomously while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Building impactful cross-functional partnerships that advance the success of the Owned business.
  • Combining strategic thinking with strong executional discipline.
  • Developing others through thoughtful coaching, mentorship, and leadership.

What you will bring to the team...

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into strategic, actionable recommendations.
  • A strategic mindset paired with the ability to execute with precision and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to change, identify new opportunities, and protect business performance in an evolving environment.
  • Fundamental knowledge of supply-chain principles, including demand planning, forecasting models, inventory management, manufacturing, and distribution.
  • Strong systems aptitude and the ability to quickly learn and apply new technical applications.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Exceptional organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills.
  • Strong learning agility and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Position Logistics:

  • 6+ years of experience, ideally within an Operations capacity (Store Planning, Forecasting, Distribution, Supply Chain, etc.)
  • Bachelor’s degree required, ideally in a Supply Chain/Merchandising/Planning field
