  • Carry out regular boutique display refreshes, building constant dialogue with retail and global teams to ensure local execution remains luxurious, accurate and commercially relevant.
  • Optimise and manage POS tools, including inventory management, maintenance, ordering, allocation, training and follow-up with boutique teams.
  • Animate the VM community and organise regular VM training with retail teams and wholesale partners to strengthen the consistency of display standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create visually engaging VM displays that align with global guidelines, business needs and the CHANEL client experience.
  • Provide regular feedback to global teams on local market needs through clear reports, observations and recommendations.
  • Establish regular visits to wholesale partners to support in-store merchandising, coaching, training and development of display standards.
  • Support retail event production from planning through to delivery, including supplier coordination, logistics, on-site set-up, installation, dismantling and post-event follow-up.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, anticipating risks, managing timelines and ensuring clear communication throughout projects.
  • Code VM expenses in the finance system and maintain accurate administrative follow-up.
  • Place and track orders for POS tools, window decor, generic permanent VM tools and event production needs across all networks.

What you will bring to the role

  • Strong visual judgement to support the ultimate luxury image of CHANEL.
  • Proven experience in visual merchandising, retail environments, event coordination or design, ideally within luxury retail
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to review VM execution critically and uphold high brand standards consistently

  • Excellent communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills across internal and external partners
  • Strong organisational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage priorities, timelines, suppliers, logistics and follow-up actions
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to anticipate issues and recommend practical solutions
  • Agility to reinforce the visibility of campaigns and product collections while contributing to the unique client experience at CHANEL
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, architecture, graphic design, visual arts or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Proficiency in English
  • proficiency in SketchUp and Adobe Suite, AutoCAD and rendering programmes such as V-Ray, Lumion or similar is desirable

You are energised by
