Our apprentices will have a starting salary of £16,438.50 during their first year. After 12 months, your earnings will adjust to match the National Minimum Wage for your age. There is no age limit on being an apprentice so if you are interested in building a career with us, apply now!\nWhere: Southport\nHours: 37.5 hours per week, full-ime\nContract Type: 18 month apprenticeship from start date\nResponsibilities\nWhat You’ll Learn During Your Apprenticeship:\nKey Activities:\nAs first point of contact within the service, to ensure that telephone calls and visits from service users, outside agencies and CGL staff are dealt with promptly and courteously, transferring calls to appropriate personnel when necessary.\nTo ensure effective processing of correspondence, diary management and scheduling of meetings etc.\nTo minute take at team and other meetings.\nTo assist with the maintenance of a general filing system within the project.\nTo assist in monitoring and ordering to meet office requirements.\nTo assist in maintaining and balancing local petty cash systems under the direction of the administrators.\nTo carry out photocopying as required.\nTo assist admin in ensuring record-keeping and communication within the project are maintained.\nTo gain an understanding of operational requirements of the project base & Senior Management as required, e.g. room bookings, travel arrangements etc\nSupport with your studies: 1 day per week will be provided for dedicated study time.
