Join us and be part of a team shaping the future of aviation infrastructure.\nKey Responsibilities\nPlan, analyse, design and deliver civil and structural engineering projects for airport and infrastructure developments.\nPrepare engineering calculations, technical reports, design specifications, drawings, tender documents, and project-specific technical requirements.\nCarry out structural analysis and design for buildings, civil infrastructure, and airport-related facilities.\nCoordinate with multidisciplinary teams, consultants, contractors, clients, and stakeholders throughout project implementation.\nManage project deliverables to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely completion.\nLiaise with local authorities and regulatory agencies to obtain necessary approvals and permits.\nPerform engineering support during construction, including site supervision, inspections, technical reviews, and resolution of site issues.\nEnsure all engineering works comply with applicable statutory requirements, codes of practice, regulations, and industry standards.\nPrepare and deliver technical presentations and reports to internal and external stakeholders.\nMentor and guide junior engineers and technical staff.\nSupport project management activities, including contract administration, coordination, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.\nKey Requirements\nDegree in Civil Engineering or Civil & Structural Engineering from a university recognised by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB), Singapore.\nRegistered Professional Engineer (PE) in Singapore or actively pursuing PE registration will be an advantage.\nCandidates with greater experience may be considered for Senior Engineer or Principal Engineer or Technical Director positions.\nExperience in civil and structural engineering design, analysis, and project delivery.\nExperience in airport, transportation, infrastructure, or large-scale development projects will be highly advantageous.\nGood knowledge of authority submission requirements, approval processes, and engineering regulations.\nProficient in engineering design and analysis software such as STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE, Tekla, Prokon, or equivalent.\nFamiliarity with CAD, BIM, and digital engineering workflows.\nSound understanding of Eurocodes and local design standards.\nExperience in construction support, site supervision, quality control, and contract administration will be advantageous.\nStrong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary project teams.\nWhat We Offer\nOpportunity to work on iconic airport and infrastructure projects in Singapore and overseas.\nExposure to multidisciplinary engineering and international project environments.\nProfessional development and mentoring opportunities.\nSupportive and collaborative workplace culture.\nOpportunities for career growth and progression within CAPE.\nThe appointment level will be determined based on the candidate’s relevant professional experience, qualifications, and competencies.\nThis position is a 3-year contract with the possibility of renewal.\nWe regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
