You will support the delivery of Terminal 2 Connection Works as a whole project life cycle from project inception, procurement or services and works, design development, construction and handover with key focus on managing permits, access approvals, stakeholder interfaces and assigned construction activities, ensuring safe, compliant and timely project execution within an operational airport environment.\nThe key responsibilities are as follows:\nManage permits, closures, airport passes and access approvals for project works.\nCoordinate stakeholder interfaces and access arrangements to support project delivery.\nSupervise assigned construction activities to ensure compliance with safety, operational and project requirements.\nSupport testing, commissioning, handover and operational readiness activities.\nAny other responsibilities as assigned.\nJob Requirements\nGood degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related fields, preferably recognized by Professional Engineers Board.\nAt least 6 years of experience in construction, infrastructure or airport projects. Experience in airport environment will be advantageous. \nPrior experience in performing the role of a SO Rep Assistant or similar capacity in past project(s) will be advantageous. \nStrong experience in project management, stakeholder coordination and interface with other disciplines (C&S/Architect/Geotechnical/Systems).\nAble to deliver key project milestones in a fast-paced environment.\nIndependent, self-motivated, driven and possess good analytical/problem-solving skills.\nAble to understand technical drawings, specifications, and requirements.\nGood interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders across all levels.\nStrong negotiation and conflict management skills. \nThis position is a 3-year contract with the possibility of renewal.\nWe regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
