IT 支撑，保障异地办公环境、网络与终端设备稳定运转；\n\n3.建立并执行标准化巡检、值班与故障响应机制，确保 SLA 达成。\n\n（二）信息安全与合规\n\n1.维护并完善 IT 资产台账、运维记录、安全自查档案；\n\n2.落实公司信息安全管理要求，定期开展安全风险排查，输出整改方案并跟进闭环。\n\n（三）业务系统运维与建设\n\n1.承担现使用的业务系统运维保障、迭代优化及系统替换落地，确保业务平稳过渡、数据安全可控；\n\n2.负责 OA、ERP、WMS、QMS、MOM、数据仓库等核心业务系统的日常运维、问题排查、权限管理与稳定保障；\n\n3.配合业务部门完成需求梳理、二次开发、集成对接、版本升级与数据迁移。\n\n（四）体系与流程建设\n\n1.持续优化运维流程、文档规范与应急响应机制；\n\n2.沉淀知识库、运维手册与故障案例库建设。\n\n二、任职要求\n\n1. 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业；\n\n2. 3 年及以上 IT 运维或系统集成经验，具备制造业 / 多分支机构企业运维经验者优先；\n\n3. 掌握桌面运维、安防监控、综合布线等基础 IT 工作；\n\n4. 熟悉 OA、用友 U8/U9 ERP、CJ_C、自研数据仓库等至少一种核心业务系统的运维与权限管理；\n\n5. 具备 SQL、脚本（PowerShell / Bash / Python）、备份与恢复、问题排查能力；\n\n6. 了解等保、ISO27001 等法规实践；\n\n7. 具备较强的团队搭建、跨部门协调与向上汇报能力，工作务实、结果导向，能适应两地办公节奏（前两年邳州+上海，后期常驻上海）；\n\n8. 熟悉企业级 AI
